A Certificate of Attendance will be issued two to four weeks after the event via e-mail from Charlotte Guerin. Please keep a copy for your records as proof of participation. If your state is self-reporting, you are responsible for submitting the Certificate of Attendance to your state bar association. If your state is not self-reporting, CNA will file with the appropriate bar association for CLE credits.
