Both the Fee and Advertising Rules of Professional Conduct have been amended by
the LA Supreme Court. The Fee rule changes were effective April 1st, 2008. To see

here. Chief Justice Catherine D. Kimball announced June 4, 2009, that the
Court's recently-adopted amendments to the Rules of Professional Conduct pertaining
to lawyer advertising have been further amended in response to recommendations received
from the Louisiana State Bar Association. The new ad rules will become effective
