CLE Webinar FAQ

Below are some frequently asked questions and answers to help you participate in our live webinars. If you still have questions, please click on the "Contact Us" link on the right and we will be happy to answer your questions.

Upon registration, the participant will receive a confirmation e-mail including his or her unique Pin # and login information. Three days prior to the webinar, the participant will receive a reminder e-mail with the same information.

Yes. Both high speed Internet and telephone access are required to participate. If you do not have access to both, you cannot participate and will not receive credits. This webinar requires one phone line per attorney in attendance -- conference calls are not permitted.

A portal is the computer that you will utilize to access the webinar. Each attorney is required his or her own portal.

No, each attorney requires his or her own portal. Please know that each participant will be required to submit an e-mail at the end of the session verifying his/her attendance. Instructions for submitting an e-mail verification will be given at the end of the webinar.

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued two to four weeks after the event via e-mail from CNA. Please keep a copy for your records as proof of participation. If your state is self-reporting, you are responsible for submitting the Certificate of Attendance to your state bar association. If your state is not self-reporting, CNA will file with the appropriate bar association for CLE credits.

Please allow six to eight weeks for your credits to be processed and posted.

By attending the webinar, you may be eligible for up to a 7.5% premium discount off of your CNA policy. This discount is based upon the number of attorneys in your firm who attend the seminar. For example, if you are a solo attorney and attend any one of the seminars, you would be eligible for the full 7.5% discount. If you are in a firm with two attorneys, and only one attorney attends a seminar, then you would only be eligible for half of the 7.5% discount.

Please contact rwelch@gilsbar.com to request the FL Course number for your webinar. In the email, please include the attorney's name, date, and time of the webinar.

At the end of the webinar the moderator will give a participant code and e-mail address. Each participant is then required to submit an e-mail containing this code and his or her name within one hour of the end of the webinar. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility of earning CLE credits.
