PRESIDENT & CEO
Ryan Haun joined the GilsbarPRO business development team in 2012 and now, in his current leadership role, is focused on not only the growth and longevity of our agency, but also finding new and useful products and services that GilsbarPRO can bring to our clients. Prior to coming to Gilsbar, he owned an insurance restoration company that performed contracting work throughout the Southeast and Midwestern United States. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Drafting and Design from Missouri State University.
VICE PRESIDENT & CFO
Becky joined Gilsbar in 2017 and is responsible for the financial and people side of the business, coordinating both finance and human resources to achieve company goals. With over 25 years of experience in the accounting sector, Ms. Pathoumthong worked at Arthur Andersen, Stryker Corporation, and Alfasigma USA, Inc. prior to joining Gilsbar. She is a member of the Society of Louisiana CPA’s and received her Bachelor of Science in management with a concentration in accounting from Tulane University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Kenzie Schott Cardella
SENIOR MANAGER OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Kenzie is an attorney and serves as Senior Manager of Business Development. Before joining Gilsbar, she worked in private practice for a New Orleans law firm, where her practice included corporate business and real estate transactional law. She received her degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University, is a CPA, and has her JD from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Louisiana Law Review.
MANAGER OF PL OPERATIONS & UNDERWRITING
Megan joined the GilsbarPRO team in 2009. As the Manager of PL Operations and Underwriting, she oversees our new sales staff and operations teams. Megan focuses on cultivating a culture of excellence. She believes in service and is always searching for ways to exceed client expectations. When she isn’t working, Megan enjoys photography and cheering on her children at their sporting events.
LARGE FIRM SALES MANAGER
Jessica joined the GilsbarPRO team in 2006 and is the Large Firm Sales Manager of the Professional Liability Division. With 15 years of insurance experience, Jessica focuses on getting to know her clients. She uses this knowledge to best serve her clients and meet their specific needs. Jessica believes it is essential to maintain healthy relationships with her clients by providing prompt service and availability.
SUPERVISOR OF SMALL FIRM SALES
Nicola brings over 15 years of sales and customer service experience and more than 10 years of sales management experience to the GilsbarPRO team. Her goal is to always strive to put her best foot forward and offer hard work, product knowledge and dedication to the GilsbarPRO clients she serves and the company she represents. When not working, Nicola enjoys spending quality time with her family watching movies, swimming and traveling.
