Business Transactions Between Client and Lawyer

Small firm lawyers are all too familiar with price sensitive clients – those who may not be accustomed to the varying fees associated with legal services. It can be a drain on the client relationship to report to such a client that further action is required in their transactional or litigation matter, meaning additional attorney’s fees will ensure.
